As Stede Bonnet (Rhys Darby) recovers from a stab wound he reflects on leaving his wife to pursue a life in piracy. As he comes to he meets Blackbeard (Taika Waititi) and they become friends. Meanwhile Jim (Vico Ortiz) deals with the fallout of being outed as non-binary to the crew. Also with Claudia O'Doherty, Nat Faxon, Ewen Bremner, Samson Kayo and Con O'Neill.
